These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VPN Duo and related services, including our mobile application, software, websites, features, content, support, and subscription services collectively referred to as the "Service." The Service is operated by Tech Lancer Ltd ("VPN Duo," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using VPN Duo. By downloading, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.
You may use VPN Duo only if you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your country or region. By using the Service, you confirm that:
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated version in the app, on our website, or through another appropriate channel. Unless otherwise stated, the updated Terms become effective when published. Your continued use of VPN Duo after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription if applicable.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, what data we do not collect, how we use information, and what rights you may have. VPN Duo is designed as a no-logs VPN service. We do not collect or store browsing history, websites visited, DNS queries, traffic content, or VPN activity logs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, access, and use VPN Duo for your personal, lawful, and non-commercial use. This license does not give you ownership of VPN Duo, the software, our technology, trademarks, content, servers, infrastructure, or any related intellectual property.

VPN Duo does not require users to create an account or log in to use the app. Access to premium features may be managed through App Store purchase verification, subscription entitlement systems, or other platform-based purchase mechanisms. Because the app does not use a user login system, you are responsible for managing your subscription through the platform where you purchased it, such as Apple App Store.
VPN Duo may offer free features, paid subscriptions, free trials, promotional offers, or other paid functionality. Subscription options, pricing, billing periods, trial availability, and included features are displayed in the app or on the purchase screen before you complete your purchase. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges shown to you at the time of purchase.

We may update, add, remove, or modify subscription plans and premium features from time to time. Changes will not reduce the features of your current paid subscription period unless required for security, legal, technical, or operational reasons.
When you purchase VPN Duo through the Apple App Store, your payment is processed by Apple. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store may automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or as otherwise stated by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings. We do not control Apple's billing system and cannot directly cancel, refund, or modify App Store subscriptions on your behalf, except where Apple provides tools that allow us to assist. For App Store purchases, Apple's payment terms, refund rules, and subscription policies may also apply.
VPN Duo may offer free trials or promotional access to premium features. Trial availability, duration, eligibility, and conditions may vary by country, platform, user, campaign, or subscription plan. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, a free trial may convert into a paid subscription according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase. We may modify, limit, or discontinue free trials or promotional offers at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
For purchases made through the Apple App Store, refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies. If you would like to request a refund for an App Store purchase, you must submit the request directly to Apple through Apple's official refund process. We do not guarantee that Apple will approve a refund request.
You agree to use VPN Duo only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, ads, content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by the terms of those third parties.
The free version of VPN Duo may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or availability of third-party advertisements. If you see an advertisement in the app that appears inappropriate, misleading, harmful, or unlawful, you may report it to us at: support@techlancersltd.com. Please include screenshots, a description of the ad, and any other relevant details.
Because VPN Duo does not require login, suspension or restriction may be applied at the device, subscription, entitlement, network, server, or technical access level. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if:
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. However, we may act immediately without notice where necessary to prevent harm, comply with law, or protect the Service.
If you dispute, reverse, cancel, or charge back a payment related to VPN Duo, we may suspend or restrict access to premium features linked to that purchase. We reserve the right to challenge chargebacks that we believe are improper, fraudulent, or made in bad faith. For App Store purchases, billing disputes and refund decisions are generally handled by Apple.
VPN Duo, including its app, software, design, visual interfaces, features, technology, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Tech Lancer Ltd or its licensors. The Service is licensed, not sold. You may not use the VPN Duo name, logo, trademarks, branding, or confusingly similar marks without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other comments about VPN Duo, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you. We may use feedback to improve, modify, develop, market, or operate the Service. You confirm that your feedback does not contain confidential information and does not violate the rights of any third party.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tech Lancer Ltd, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

VPN Duo may be subject to export control, sanctions, and technology transfer laws. You agree not to use, access, download, export, or re-export the Service in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws. You may not use VPN Duo if you are located in a country, region, or jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by applicable law or where we are not permitted to provide the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not mean that we waive that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Tech Lancer Ltd.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, change of control, or by operation of law.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
